Sam LaMagna is the Director of Advanced Driving Technologies for the Transportation Solutions Division at Intel Corporation. He is responsible for the development and implementation of both business and engineering strategies targeted at accelerating the proliferation of a spectrum of state of the art intelligent commuting technologies such as Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and Automated Driving capabilities.

LaMagna joined Intel in 1999 and has over 26 years of 8, 16, and 32bit embedded design and computing experiences. He has held a variety of roles throughout his Intel career including Technical Assistant and Chief of Staff of the Intelligent System Group, Embedded Market Segments Development Manager, Software Product Line Manager, and Microprocessor Platform Product Line Manager.

LaMagna is also on the Board of Directors for the Eno Center for Transportation based in Washington DC. The Eno Center for Transportation is a neutral, non-partisan think-tank that promotes policy innovation and provides professional development opportunities across the career span of transportation professionals.

LaMagna received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, and hold a Masters of Business Administration in Global Management.
